At GMS, we believe in dignity of risk. Our in-home direct support professionals help individuals with understanding and weighing options so that they may choose the direction of their lives. Improving the quality of life by supporting independence means that we are committed to self-direction. We teach that all adults are entitled to the same basic right to choose.
